The STOCK wiring for Realistic mics is:

PIN #1 ~ SHIELD, or SHIELD & BLUE
PIN #2 ~ N/C
PIN #3 ~ RED / TRANSMIT
PIN #4 ~ WHITE / AUDIO
PIN #5 ~ BLACK / RECEIVE
