Nothing in my data sheet sources on either part. However, RF Parts sells the PT9847. See: http://www.rfparts.com/pt.html

Well those are sure spendy since I need a match quad think I'll recross those. Going to have to figure out the mfe3055. RF parts had no idea either, but there rep was going to check it out anyway. Which was cool since Im buying 90.00 worth of transistors.

Are you sure it wasn't a "MJE3055T" ? That one's not so exotic.

Yea unfortunately it is a mfe3055 its a switching transistor inside a amp Im working on. The cross and recross transistors dont work either. I'll just spend the money and order the ones from rf parts.
