I bought a used palomar 575 hi-drive 5 transistor amp [mobil] when ever I key the mic it sometimes lights up the center "modulation" light and some times it does not...doen't matter which setting [lo-hi-med] it is on ...when light does not come on the watt meter shows low watts swing a lot and when the light does come on the watt meter show a higher dead key with some forward motion....so the amp works either way but I think that it should work with the mod lite on...
it does not make a difference how much wattage I key into the amp[2-12 watts DK] it still works the same ...any ideas??
