Hello, I just received my new RCI 2950DX dual band from Copper and it looks great. I had planned on modifying this radio to cover 24-32MHz and was going to do it myself but I'm not sure if the new style board (EPT695011A) is modifiable. When I ordered it from Copper I saw that there was an 11 meter option offered. So I guess what I'm trying to find out is if I just need to move some jumpers or if I need a module. If it requires more than moving jumpers or a module please let me know. As it is right now it's just a real nice 10 and 12 meter radio : ) Thank you all for your time PS there were no jumpers in the hardware bag. |

i beleive mine is a 11a board.. there is no jump on my pins and it goes from 24-32... when i do the jump depending on the combo i do it, the radio at 1set of pins will lock only the cb and the a channels. the other one will give me 21-29 mhz.. so i threw i swith inline, and mine does 21-32mhz... |
