I have seen some AL811H's and AL811's at my local ham shop on sale, but says you can't modify them to cover 10-11-12 meters without the proper license. I already know all the legal poo about that, but beside the point, how can I modify and tune them for 11 meter use? Someone told me about some green wire and tuning something, but didn't know the specifics themselves, can anyone fill me in?
