a friend bought a mirage 9900 mobile.I can not find anything on this radio.it looks like the gal 88.the echo has 2 buttons on it, one for echo and the other for robot talk.the problem is someone has cut 2 wires at the 2 swiches and all you can get is robot talk and echo combined.can not get standard echo.it has the dual knob control and the same plugin board that is on the galaxys.anyone know anything about this radio?it has the 3600 board for the main radio.thanks Sonoma |

I think that radio is just like the galaxy 99... Mirage is a clone of galaxy....I think |

A mirage 9900 is almost identical to a Galaxy DX 99. Tune up and peaking is the same. As a matter of fact , the main board is darn near a mirror image of the 99.
