when i try to adjust l33 for max swing it will not move ,what can i do to replace or fix so it can be adjusted?

and when running an amp is more swing beter or all u need to do is have a 4watt drive or less

I'd leave L33 alone. Adjust vr 16 for your low power adjustment. Set your radio carrier so that when the amp is on and keyed, the carrier power is 1/4 of the peak. ie: if the amp peaks 400w, then set the radio so the amp keys 100w.
