I was just wondering if the klv 351p amp can be mod and if so how and would it be worthwhile.

i bought the 351/p in july 16 2001 and it's been on my base sence aug when i took it out of the box. the pre amp quit today 11/4/01 when you turn it on it goes quiet can it be fixed if you key up it works for a sec then stops . is there a relay? the lite works.
