does anyone know if this rig can be modded to
TX/RX on the 11-mtr band? going to an auction thursday(16th) and would like to know before i go!
really don't wanna get it and not have the ability to use on 11-mtr too! thanks to all!

Yep, it can be expanded to continuous coverage TX, its one of the easy ones. Its already continuous RX.
