Anonymous,

This is what the mic wires should be...

Shield= GROUND
White= MODULATION
Red= PTT
Black= RX

I've looked high and low and cant find anything on the mic wiring for your radio, but if you have a multimeter (ohms/volts) you can do it yourself.

With the radio on, and your meter set to read DC volts, put the (-) lead of your meter on the threaded portion of the microphone connector on the radio (ground) and touch the pins in the mic jack with the (+) lead until the meter shows voltage (8 or 9 volts.) This is where the PTT or TX wire goes.

With your meter set to ohms, and the put the (-) lead of your meter on the threaded portion of the microphone connector on the radio (ground) and touch the pins in the mic jack with the (+) lead until it shows open (the needle on your multimeter goes the whole way to the right). This is where the SHIELD wire goes.

Now you have to find MOD and RX. If you radio gets receive without the microphone plugged in, then you dont have to worry about that at all. This is probably the case so you may not need the black wire.

Solder your mic plug minus the wire you have left (White) and touch it to one of the remaining mic pins while keying the mic and talking into it.

When you get modulation note the pin it came from and solder it up.
