Hello, The parts list for the KL-40 says the transistor is a MOS RM3. Does anyone know where I can get a datasheet for this transistor or who the manufacturer is? I have searched the internet and found nothing on it. Thanks, Phil |

Hi Jyd, Yes I saw that on the web site. I would like to find out who the manufacturer of the trnasistor is. The KL-40 is manufactered by RM Italy so I thing the part number MOS RM3 is their designation. I would like to see a data sheet on this transistor for a homebrew project. I do know that it is a MOSFET. Phil |

I very much doubt RM Italy manufactures the MOSFET in the KL-40... I emailed them about a week ago but no response. |
