Inside my D104 base mic there is a little black switch near the battery with an R and an E on it. Can you please tell me the function of this switch and it's preferred setting?

Sofkow,
The switch is for either Relay keying or Electronic keying. Leave it at the "E" position. For some older radios you may need to switch over to relay.

Does anyone of you have or know where I can find that Print out on the bottem of the D-104 desk mics..I have 9 mics that need the wires reattached
but I need that print out to do it...
