307:Igot a 148 gtl st It had been working fine but now it wont receive and it dead keys about 15 watts but very little modulation.I have never had this problem before just wondering if you could help? Thanks Budman

The dead key power is to high , thats why you can modulate. As for the RX , Something broke like the front end protection diodes or something , I could not even guess on this one..
