There is no place to add on the 200. It is designed for one or two transistors only.

Go to rfparts you may be able to upgrade but remember you'll need to double the output to make a diff. in your report, sell it and get a boomer400 or ts350.

The XForce 200 has no place to put any additional transistors. There are only two slots on the board and no room for fabricating additional.
The 200hd XF will easily surpass the output of a TS 350 and equal the output of a Boomer 400.

Warlock-Thanks for the advice.I checked out the inside of the XF200 and your right, there is no room to expand.I think what I'll do is saveup some money and buy a XF 6 pill and use the XF200 as a driver. What do u think?

That would be great, but make sure you're antenna and charging system can handle it. can you supply 150a to your equipment and another 40a or so to run your sled?

Hey Warlock. When using this amp(XF200)do you need to tune your radio(In my case radio is galaxy66)to run with this amp?If so,what do you recommend I do to tune it to match amp?Right now I've got my radio tuned to 2watts low and 10high with 100% modulation.I set my power varible on 4 watts to run my amp and turn it all the way up when running barefoot. Is there anything else I need to do to run this setup?I don't want to burn it up.

The way you're running it sounds perfect. 3-4w carrier into the 200hd is just right.

The 200hd and ts350 both have the same pills, everyone rates them differently, but to each his own.

The proof is in the pudding. The TS 350 for whatever reason is designed so that a very small carrier is necessary to get the optimum 4:1 peak to carrier ratio. It is also a very inefficient design not producing the power the transistors are capable of. The XF 200hd can handle much more drive and produces a considerable high power output.
If you're skeptical, put the two side by side on the bench and try it! Think it's just harmonics? Hook them both to a scope and a spec analyzer and see for yourself.
