What are the ideal settings to look for when doing a peak and tune on this radio?Also,can you explain to me how to do this tune up?

Hope you saw my post regarding this radio in the "Radios Mobile" thread.

Set High power at 6 watts carrier, Set low power at 1 watt carrier. Adjust modulation for 100% then back it off a hair.

What is the ideal swing to expect and will this setting work well with a X-Force 200 and together how many watts should I have?(ballpark)
