It's a China made 1994 Cobra 21 LTD Classic, there is no rx, no tx, no audio rx sound, no p.a. sound, it does light up when turned on. Tx light comes on during key up. The final and driver were replaced with new it uses the stock mic and it is good, the meter will move when the radio is jiggled. Also, touching the audio i.c. does nothing (no buzzing sound there). Would someone here have any idea on what needs to be done next? Thank you for your time. |

I would look at TR16 and TR17, and of the problem isn't there, I'd be testing the audio IC, and if the problem isn't there, I'd then be checking electrolytic capacitors. |
