I've had this radio quite a while now. And this same problem has been in it since day 1. The receive meter, digital, show VERY low, if any on receive. Transmit works great. I can hear people for S-5 or S-6, and nothing shows on the meter. Can anyone tell me where to find the internal adjustment for the RX meter?
