I would like to know if TVI is still an issue since the telephone and tv company have switched to fiber optic cable. I have neighbor's close to me . Also I have the company main line running through my back yard close where I am thinking about installing my roof top antenna and beam. I am looking for the experience and knowledge of all on this subject. |

Yes, it can be. It's not always the connecting cable that is the culprit but often the actually equipment on the end. If a TV or phones is RFI "transparent" it will not matter what sort of feed is used to connect to the equipment, it can still experience RFI issues. for me.. since tv have switched to digital i havent noticed any issues.im not sure if that helps ya any .. just my 2 cent worth dale/a.k.a.hotrod cef426 cvc#64 454 [dx numbers] 38lsb
