I have the JCM-201M mic and need to wire it to a 5 pin Uniden washington Radio. The wireing for the 5 pin would be the same as the Cobra 148GTL I have. I used other 5 pin mic's on both radios. The 8 pin cord from copper colors have changed so what I need to know is what Pin on the 8 pin side goes to the 5 pin conector for the radio.Thank you.

good luck. mines wired for a 4 pin. i used a 4 pin to5 pin mic adpter on my washington and it worked but i had to run jcd @ 9oclock and mic gain @ 10 oclock very low audio. if i turned either up past these points i got feedback in the radios speaker.
mics works awsonme on radios that DONT need a mic plugged in to have volume .2510/5010/lincoln/2950. some of my favoritesalso works great on galaxy 2547
