I've gotten my hands on a D&A Phantom Triple Stage 10-tube in pretty good shape except that the previous owner blew a choke (Ohmite Z14). From what I have read he may have overdriven it. I have a replacement choke ordered from RFParts.com. So that leads me to ask: I have a Superstar 3900 EGHP. How much should I drive the Phantom with dead key and max swing? I don't want to repeat the previous owner's mistake and certainly don't want to damage those tubes. Thanks! |

Hi Rich and welcome to Copper's forum. I found a manual that should help. http://www.cbtricks.com/Amp/d_and_a/phantom_triple_stage/graphics/phanton_triple_stage_om.pdf 73 Pressman
