I bought an old Galaxy Saturn base. I figure it is about 35 years old. IS there a way to tell how old it is ? Thanks in advance Trap |

Don't believe it's that old, that would put it back to 1978. I don't believe they started making the Saturn until close to 1990. They made a Galaxy SSB base before the Saturn. It was in the same case as the Saturn but didn't have a freq counter. I know they came out with the Galaxy Saturn Turbo in 1992 because I got one when they first became available. Scrapiron CEF 108 |

I bought one back in 1994 new so that gives you something, could go back a few more years then that, I'm not sure but if I find any data on it I'll post it. George KI4NBE
