Transmit is totally dead on AM and ssb. Talkback and roger beep works fine . Radio was previously converted from 1969 final to an EKL2030 . Could the mosfet have failed ? Another problem is when you turn the RF GAIN more than 3/4 open you get a loud hiss which downgrades the receive. Also what voltages should you have on Q54 and Q55 during transmit and receive . Thanks for any help you can offer. |
