Will this coax be flexible enough to use on a beam? |

Thanks Dale, I am getting ready to replace 75' of some old RG8. Figured this would be my best bang for the buck. I guess I could go with 213 as well, I think that is plenty flexible. I'll wait for a confirmation either way before I pull the trigger. |

I don't think so. LMR-400 type coax is very stiff. Unless it says "FLEX" on it. Izzy CEF#502

You could use CA_400, as long as the laast few feet (lomng enough to allow rotation) is done using something like RG-213 or RG-8. Tech237 N7AUS God made me an athiest, who are you to question his wisdom?

I do what 237 does. I like the rigidness and durability of the CA-400. I run it as far as i can then use a flexible patch cable. I seal everything up in coax tape. |
