I have a Ranger 6900F150. The coarse RIT is very touchy when trying to zero in the transmit frequency. I was wondering if there is any way to make these less touchy. In other words take more of a turn to move the frequency. At this point it is very hard to zero in on the center of a channel.
I was thinking a lower value resistor would do the trick but figured it would affect the amount of swing in frequency it had. Any ideas? Thanks

if your radio is tuned properly the tx freq.
shopuld be right on or very close. if not
id have it setup correctly then all ya gotta do
is just use the fine control and its nowhere near
as touchy.but if ya get luck and find where it needs to be, to get on freq. then id leave it alone and never touch it again an d just use the fine control. if not you,ll be always chasing it down.
