Would like to know how to wire a Turner Rk56 Microphone to a Midland 77-115, It different from the regular Midland wiring, I found for an Astatic, but the Turner PDF file is Antique Archeology. Gary |

Hi Gary , is it the six pin socket , if so it will most likely be the same as the Midland 48 , wiring for the 48 is as follows :Pin#1 = Audio , Pin#2 = receive , Pin#3 = TX , Pin#4 = shield , RK56 mic wiring colors : Audio = White , Common = Shield , TX = Blue , RX = Black , what ever you do DO NOT TOUCH MIDDLE PIN !! as this pin has got 8 volts +ve on it and will blow the display if shorted to wrong pin to be on the safe side I always take the center pins out on the mic plug that way no chance of short , Hope this is of some help to you .
