Another big retailer is telling me that the vr-9000 has been discontinued. Copper is telling me it hasen't. I then Got a 3rd comment and they told me that it has. Any idea? |

We have them in stock. Our last shipment was about three weeks ago. We haven't been told they are discontinued. I'll verify that and post once I get a response.

no mic. gain not that good of a radio stock. you need to do mods on it right out of the box.
it squeals like a stuck pig until you remove the talk back wire from the echo board.

Finally received word back from factory, they are still in production. I'm not sure where the rumor started.
