HI have ts450 that need a but of tweaking on ssb power what VRs should i be looking for

It's not that simple.

First off, remember that the front panel mic gain controls transmitter power on your Kenwood when in LSB or USB modes. If it still isn't making power, and you think that some internal VR is going to fix it, then I highly suggest you box it up and send it to someone who knows their way around the rig.
