Hi all I just got my KL-503 from Copper. As I was inspecting it I can hear like something loose and falling around inside the amp. I applyied power and it fires up but havn't tried it on the air. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Thanks |

No this is not normal. Something has come loose and could cause a short if it falls in the wrong area. Call 1-800-626-6343 and ask to talk to the tech he will be able to tell you what to do. Forummaster CEF001 CVC001

Thanks, took your advice but I couldn't get a hold of their tech so I emailed RM. He told me there to take pics of the amp with the warranty void sticker intact and then again with it ripped and again with cover off. They would continue my warranty on those conditions. All the noise was the ferrite's moving around. I have a few RM amps and first time I've heard that noise. Sounded worse than it really was. Thanks again. Cmenchion |
