my connex 4600 turbo as a problem with the channel meter.when i have my radio on channel 19 it looks like it says ch 13 cause part of the number isnt lighting up and is real dim.does it on alot of other channels also ch 26 on show part of the number of the 6.channel 40 only shows part of the zero doest this on alot of other ch to.why is it so dim amd how do i fix this?is it burnt out?

A couple of my radios do this when I haven't used them in a while. It usually starts working right after Ive flipped through the channels a few times.
