The connex 3300 hp-zx is a Dual Final Version of the connex 3300 the hp stands for high power, as for the zx is concerned I honestly don't know what it stands for could be a different type of final than the original 3300 hp, just my opinion, by the way had a 3300 hp and wish I had it back, awesome radio....lots of dx contacts barefoot with a 102" s,s whip, ...try google and do a little research there you might find what it means....hope this helps.
