Hello, I was wondering if there's no way to ground your antenna or equiptment. Is there a second alternative to not give TVI? CEF#1021

Try putting decoupling loops in the coax just under the feed point of the antenna. All decoupling loops are is about 6-8 loops in the coax that you feed the antenna with. Try making your loops between 4-6 inches in diameter. I guess another way to express this is to call it a coil in the coax. But it has to be at the antenna end not the radio end. 73, Marty |

Julio, do a Live Search for"counterpoise ground" The 5th result has some info that may help solve your tvi problems as a result of improper station ground. It is copyrighted material so it cannot be reprinted here in the forum without the authors permission. tech291 cef291/cvc6 kc8zpj |
