hello i recently bought a voyage vr 9000.i had a friend open up the clarifer.and tone down the talkback and add extra channels.when i got the radio back and hooked it up and turned it on boy was i suprised.it started smoking in the front of the radio.the frequincey counter lost some digets and i dont know what else.i cut the power befor anything else happened.i think it may be toast.my question is does any one think it may be able to be repaired and not cost the price of a new radio. thank you |
