hi all, some friend gave me a used magnum 257 because the radio no TX( i can hear me in other radio but the output is just 1 watt)and the RX is okey, the radio has the blue face and use the ERF2030 finals and Driver, my question is How can i Test The mosfet and how is the ajustment for the driver ? |

First do a GOOGLE search for:
Transmitter Alignment Magnum 257
If you cannot align it to factory specs it should show you where the problem is.
Without having the radio on the bench it could be a single or multiple problem's.
If the radio is still under Warranty from the previous owner Magnum should repair it.
If it is not under warranty I would personally still send it to Magnum for repair.

Sorry but there are just too many things that could be wrong to try and guess what the problem could be.
