yeah, i have the book, 1st edition from 1976. which chapter are you looking at-'build a quad or yagi beam' or the 'build a monster quad beam' chapter. exactly what info do you need? |

O man thanks i am looking for info on the XQ wire antenna i think it was at or near last part of this book it was 2 waves long. Thankyou a g lafon |

think i finally found what you're after....on pg 160-163 1.4 sides are 18' each 2.feed side & opposite side are pulled tight to hold diamond shape 3.non-fed side is separated by spacer at approx 3" 4.feed side separated same 3" & fed via matching transformer i know i've been slow locating this for you, & scan comes out @ 600kb, just for quad pic! i'll try to shrink it & keep it readable with match build info. if i can't make it readable to post, i'll just copy & send.... |
