Nothing to check inside the amp. It is a false meter reading. The amp will never change the swr, only the antenna can do that.
First, did you recalibrate the swr meter when you turned on the amp?
Is the radio driving the amp correctly?
No back ground noise when you dead key? Like if your using an amplified mic. Turn all the mic gains down to zero then recalibrate the meter and try again.
When a cb dead keys it should be silent to the receiving station.
Oh and of course check all your coax jumpers.
Your last hope is to add a low pass filter to get rid of the 2nd harmonic rejected by the antenna that the amp is producing.

I,ve been using this set up for quite awhile with excellent swr . this suddenly happened . I replaced it with my kl 203 and swr is back excellent . must be something in amp , cold solder joint or something . this is swr , or reflect going back to radio

Then definatley something going on with that amp since another amp setup is ok. The amp is not changing the swr. The amp is producing the 2nd harmonic of 27mhz and it shows on your meter as reflect. I really don't know what you could possibly adjust in the amp. Try a low pass filter or send it in for inspection . good luck
