Hi Does anyone know of a final transistor that can be used in place of a 2sd1974 or a place to get the 2sd1974. xxxx is out and no luck with the other places I have checked with. this is for a GE 3-5814a mobile Thanks |

Is it a 2sd1974 or possibly a 2sc1974,I have used a 2sc1973 and a 2sc1957 as replacements for the driver, also used as a predriver in some radios

Tried the google search but nothing in the usa did find one but $250.00 minimum all of the well known places don't have them. so if anybody knows of a good place to get semiconductors it would be much appreciated. Thanks |

2sc1975 or 2sc2075 are ones that my crossmatch reference is showing for the 2sc1974
