I have a Motorola 4022, which works great...the microphone ( hand mike ) has a thumbwheel on the right side of the mike that I cant figure out what it does...apparently not a recieve volume control, not a "mike gain " control, not a squelch control....any one have any ideas WHAT it is supposed to be ?
