Looking for a mod or mods to get better receive on a galaxy 95.I have a antron 99 with ground plane kit. The tower is more than 40 sum feet in the air total is over 50+ to tip of antenna. swrs are showing 1 or less on the meter. Any other info needed please ask and i hope i can answer them. Thanks for the help.

Crazyfarmer,

We are headed to the Bottom of this sunspot/solar cycle and sorry to say but there is not much you can do for better receive.

Even adding a Pre-amp is not much help when the conditions are not there.

From what you posted your setup is correct but when there are no conditions/skip there is just not much you can do.

Even local talking from 5 to 15 miles is effected until this cycle hits Bottom and starts back up.
