I have gotten a 29 ltd wx from a friend. He gave it to me saying if i could get the mic hooked back up i could have it (he had torn the mic jack out of the side of the radio)

i got it working but there is a green wire coming off the board hooked to the weather channel knob and i can't figure out where it goes he said it was hooked into one of the mic pins but i touched it to them with the radio on and all it did was kill the speeker.

if any1 knows where this wire goes plz help i know it has to go some where

It will show you the schematics for the weather board but it does not show any wires going to the mic connector plug from the weather board.
