I have a older connex 3300 hp that is doing 4 watt dead key and 50 swing on low power. And on high it does 10 watt dead key and 50 watt swing. Now for the the big Question. Is there any way to hook up an amp to this radio. Im not looking to spend more then say $300.00 but Im tied of being the "MUD DUCK" out on the open road. |

well your most likely will either come close to 300.00 or just over.but your best bet i think would be the texas star 500v.may need to lower your carrier to 2 watts though ?not sure.make sure your altenator is up to snuff and a good battery dale/a.k.a.hotrod cef426 cvc#64

Go with a xforce x400, it's more than your willing to spend, but for the extra one hundred bucks you won't regret it. You will swing 850 watts with that thing, you will definatley be walking the dog. |

Get a Magna force 350. You can run it with a 5 watt DK. I run a Gen Lee into one with a 22 inch shaft Predator 10K and was told the other day it sounds better than some of the bases in the area. Got my name called on 6 this morning. |
