I just saw a "new" base radio.....it was called a Palomar 225 had dual finals and dual 2879's with an RCI pc board inside, notch filter, dual thermostatically controlled fans, blue backlit display with three meters on the face in a rack-mount case like a galaxy/rci base but without the pushbuttons like the 2990's. This radio was brought back from New Mexico by a truck driver that had just purchased it from a cb shop in that area. I've looked all over the web and cannot find any place selling these radios.....any help or info out there?????? |
