can some one tell me where i can a replacmet echo board or tell me how to do away with board all together

replacement board can be purchased online at Copper and other places(it comes with installation instructions from galaxy)...do a google search on "galaxy echo board installation instructions"...it's there, then just follow the reverse to remove the echo altogether...

if you can't find the instructions, PM me and I'll send it to you...I just happen to have it
