Galaxy 88 Frec counter goes on and off, usually when it was cold, now it has quit completely.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |

probably a bad solder joint....check around all counter connections, espececially to main board. try pressing board with plastic tuning tool with radio on to see if counter blinks at you. |

I have an older 88 that was working on 11 meter I shut it off and now it wont go back to 11 meter it Xmits and Rec like in the 25 mhz area any of you know what it could be yes its on the right band but seems to copy the lower band for some reason
I know thats what I get for buying a Galaxy

i have a galaxy 2100 and a 3600 and both of them the freq counter stopped working seems like a galaxy thing! |
