The Z-180 is 8 inches longer but the Wilson 5000 noticeably outperformed it by a long shot. With 400 watts DC the RM was a joke.....enough said.
Both antennas were tuned to lowest SWR on the same pickup and my neighbor wasted $60......needless to say I gave him a used Wilson.
