You know, I think I'm going to download the program on that sight. I have this machine at home that keeps losing time. It's a cloan. I don't know why it loses time, but it loses minutes within hours. This may be the answer to my problem until I decide to get someone to put in a new biios batery. CADILAC |

Cadilac, It maybe that something is interfering with teh IRQ the clock is using. Check to see if anything is using the same one. |

Good evening Tech808. I just had to drop in and thank you for this post. This really worked for me. I have this computer that's pretty cool overall, but it kept losing time. It would really lose time. I went to the sight and downloaded the program, and now I can actually trust the time on my computer. Thanks a lot. CADILAC |

Make sure you select a reputable source and have a decent firewall, antivirus, and spyware protection to protect your PC. These little programs can open big holes into your computer too. Hackers look for these tools and so does malware. |

That is very true. I have been using the Atomic Clock Sync LINK listed above since late 1998 and I have never had a problem or caught a virus or any spyware from it. With us running 3 compuuter's daily and for our home & business we have the Atomoc Clock Sync on all of them and never had a problem. Hope this help's, Lon ~ Tech808 N9CEF ~ EN50mk
