My Texas Ranger 696f acts up randomly. The receive messes up and I can't understand people. I took it to a shop and it wouldn't do it. I took it to a tech in town also and it wouldn't do it. He thinks the filter isn't as good as in my other radios, because my other radios are fine. He thinks there is something in or near my house it doesn't like. What do you think? Everything is grounded too.
