I came across an older Cobra 135 XLR ssb that must not have been very popular in its time, I don't see any mention of them anywhere on the net, did't know anything about ssb controls at all. After many attempts for info only found one person familiar with this radio and could ans.any question [Kid Vicious].I contacted Cobra by e-mail and requested any info on this old radio, the same day I received an e-mail from Emily in the parts dept requesting my address. After a few days I had a complete operators manual and schem. Great cust. service from them even though I wasn't purchasing anything at the time. I also have a Cobra 29 plus mobil that I am very pleased with. I believe in staying with a good thing when you find it. Just my opinion. John |

Cool deal. It's nice to know that they still have that kind of information for their older models around. I don't believe I've ever seen a 135XLR - how do you like it? |
