I just sold a base radio on an auction site. Took me 30 mins to get the ad up, 6 mins till the radio was sold.........I am happy it sold, but wow! Either they wanted it really bad, or my price was to low! *G* |

I can't TX on the 840 yet, just have a little mobile ant. But I have been listening to the shortwave on it, and CB. RX is great, and the snow is melting real fast now. So soon I will be moving my base antenna and I will be on the airways once again!
As for the radio, it was a 4900B, shipped it out today. |
