new computer today tried to add Echo link, I feel it is hooked up right and I am on line and hear people talking but I cannot talk back, needle does not move.
Please advise kb |

KB,go into properties and check to see if the mic is muted.

Hey Lon and 291, , I found out what it was, it needs a Modem that sends sound threw the net it is in the up delivery foe Monday, thanks for your help guys. |

Not yet at all, recieved the modum, and another hook up cord, but still only 1/4 voice going out, to low to hear on talk back, we will keep trying. all else in the program worgs fine,

still not hooked up Lon, Dell is sending in someone tonight to replace defected modem inside item, I may send it all back to them and tell them to keep it. |

KB,
Your cable into the house to splitter and then 2 jumpers from splitter to your computers. This can be done inside or outside of your house.
Or if her new computer is not going to work send it back and hook the old one back up to use.
Or for 9.95 a month get an IGLOU Internet Account for YOUR computer.

Even though your modulation level was low you can still use it as we just turned the speakers up a little.

Thanks Lon I have another tech tonight this is the third one, plus Dell service techs on the phone all hours for almost three weeks, they checked the blaster, it works good, I have one like you do. kb |

thanks again, we used three usable mikes , and the tech brought in his from his truck, it is something small and it is a pain. |
