Should my 2995 have even output across the band. I mean by this , 0n 27005 (home ch) I get 150 out but on 27555 I get only 80, is there something wrong?

It can very on your SWR. Make sure your SWR is as low as possible across the band, and there shouldn't be much differrence in the power out put.
